Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns if:
- The product was damaged during delivery, or
- You received the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we verify the issue (with photos or return), you may receive:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
